<p class="MsoBodyText" style="border: none; mso-padding-alt: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0cm;">ATA DA <span style="color: #222222; background: white;">OCTAGÉSIMA PRIMEIRA </span>REUNIÃO <span style="color: black; background: white; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">PLENÁRIA VIRTUAL</span><span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"> D</span>A QUARTA SESSÃO LEGISLATIVA DA DÉCIMA SÉTIMA LEGISLATURA, REALIZADA NO DIA 17 DE DEZEMBRO DE 2020, CONFORME RESOLUÇÃO Nº 616 DE 31 DE MARÇO DE 2020.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: windowtext; font-weight: normal;">Aos dezessete dias do mês de dezembro do ano de dois mil e vinte, reuniu-se, em sessão plenária virtual, a Câmara Municipal de Caruaru. Às </span><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; font-weight: normal;">dezesseis horas </span><span style="color: windowtext; font-weight: normal;">e vinte e dois minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Fagner Fernandes para fazer a leitura do Salmo 110. Registrem-se as presenças dos seguintes vereadores: Allyson da Farmácia, Bruno Lambreta, Cecílio Pedro, Daniel Lula Finizola, Duda do Vassoural, Edmilson do Salgado, Fagner Fernandes, Galego de Lajes, Heleno Oscar, Leonardo Chaves, Lula Tôrres, Marcelo Gomes, Moysés Santos, Pierson Leite, Ranilson dos Santos e Ricardo Liberato. Ausências dos vereadores Edjailson da Caru Forró, Ítalo Henrique, Presbítero Andrey Gouveia, Rozael do Divinópolis, Sérgio Siqueira, Tafarel, e da Vereadora Zezé Parteira, devidamente justificadas. Prosseguindo, a Presidência solicitou do Senhor Primeiro Secretário a leitura do expediente, que constou do seguinte: Ofício GP nº 3.498/2020, da Prefeita Raquel Lyra, encaminhando a Mensagem Justificativa 16/2020, acompanhada do Projeto de Lei tombado sob o nº 8.696/2020: Altera a Lei Municipal nº 5.244, de 27 de julho de 2012 e dá outras providências. Às comissões competentes. Ofício GP nº 3.499/2020, da Prefeita Raquel Lyra, encaminhando a Mensagem Justificativa 17/2020, acompanhada do Projeto de Lei tombado sob o nº 8.697/2020: Altera a Lei 6.525 de 30 de julho de 2020 e dá outras providências. Às comissões competentes. Ofício GP nº 3.500/2020, da Prefeita Raquel Lyra, encaminhando a Mensagem Justificativa 18/2020, acompanhada do Projeto de Lei tombado sob o nº 8.698/2020: Dispõe acerca da celebração de acordos para pagamento de precatórios e dá outras providências. Às comissões competentes. Ofício GP nº 3.502/2020, da Prefeita Raquel Lyra, encaminhando a Mensagem Justificativa 19/2020, acompanhada do Projeto de Lei Complementar tombado sob o nº 97/2020: Cria o Fundo Municipal para Políticas Penais do Município de Caruaru. Às comissões competentes. Projetos de Lei nºs 8.699, 8.700, 8.701, 8.702, 8.703, 8.704, 8.705, 8.706, 8.707, 8.708, 8.709, 8.710, 8.711, 8.712, 8.713, 8.714, 8.715 e 8.716/2020, de autoria dos vereadores Edjailson da Caru Forró e Bruno Lambreta: denominam artérias nos bairros Cidade Jardim e Luiz Gonzaga. Às comissões competentes. Requerimento nº 1323/2020, de autoria do Vereador Fagner Fernandes: construção de uma praça com equipamentos destinados a animais domésticos, tipo “ParCão”. Fizeram uso da palavra os vereadores Duda do Vassoural, Marcelo Gomes e Bruno Lambreta: discursos disponíveis em áudio. A Presidência deu início à Ordem do Dia, solicitando do Senhor Segundo Secretário a chamada da Senhora Vereadora e dos Senhores Vereadores, o qual constatou as presenças de dezesseis parlamentares. Em discussão a Ata da sessão anterior. Submetida à votação, foi aprovada por unanimidade. Em discussão o Requerimento constante na ordem do dia. Submetido à votação, foi aprovado por unanimidade. O Senhor Presidente encerrou a reunião às dezesseis horas e cinquenta e sete minutos. O Vereador Leonardo Chaves fez a leitura do Salmo 110.
