Às dezesseis horas e trinta e um minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">quorum</em> regimental, a Presidência declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Anderson Correia para fazer a leitura do Salmo 141. Registrem-se as presenças dos seguintes vereadores: Aline Nascimento, Anderson Correia, Bruno Lambreta, Cabo Cardoso, Carlinhos da Ceaca, Edmilson do Salgado, Fagner Fernandes, Filipe José, Galego de Lajes, Irmão Ronaldo, Izaac da Saúde, Jorge Quintino, Katia da Rendeiras, Leonardo Chaves, Lula Tôrres, Mano do Som, Maurício Caruaru, Mery da Saúde, Nelson Diniz, Ranilson Enfermeiro, Ricardo Liberato e Val Lima. Ausência da Vereadora Perpétua Dantas, devidamente justificada.
