Às vinte horas e nove minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou a Vereadora Kátia da Rendeiras para fazer a leitura do Salmo 121. Registrem-se as presenças dos seguintes vereadores: </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">Aline Nascimento, </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">Anderson Correia, Bruno Lambreta, Cabo Cardoso, Carlinhos da Ceaca, Edmilson do Salgado, Fagner Fernandes, Filipe José, Irmão Ronaldo, Izaac da Saúde, Jorge Quintino,<span style="color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;"> </span>Kátia da Rendeiras, Leonardo Chaves, Lula Tôrres, Mano do Som, Maurício Caruaru, Mery da Saúde, Nelson Diniz, Perpétua Dantas, Ranilson Enfermeiro e Ricardo Liberato. <span style="color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">Ausências dos Vereadores Galego de Lajes e Val Lima, devidamente justificadas. </span></span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;">O Senhor Presidente solicitou do Senhor Segundo Secretário a leitura da Ata da reunião anterior, a qual foi dispensada por solicitação do Vereador Ricardo Liberato, nos termos do Artigo 312 do Regimento. </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">Não havendo matéria para o expediente, o Senhor Presidente passou aos trabalhos da Ordem do Dia. Solicitou ao Senhor Segundo Secretário </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">a chamada das Senhoras Vereadoras e dos Senhores Vereadores<span style="color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">, o qual constatou as presenças de vinte e um parlamentares em Plenário. </span></span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;">Em discussão a Ata citada no Expediente. Submetida à votação, foi aprovada por unanimidade. </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei Complementar nº 120/2022, de autoria do Poder Executivo: </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">Estabelece normas para a urbanização de logradouros públicos por Ação Conjunta da comunidade e do Município. <span style="color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">Submetido à votação nominal, matéria de dois terços, foi aprovado em segundo turno por maioria qualificada, observando a seguinte votação: 20 (vinte) votos SIM e 1 (uma) ABSTENÇÃO, da Vereadora Perpétua Dantas. </span></span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;">O Senhor Presidente encerrou a reunião às vinte horas e dezenove minutos. </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">Declarou encerrado o 1º Período da 2ª Sessão Legislativa Ordinária da 18ª Legislatura, conforme preceitua a Lei Orgânica Municipal, iniciando-se assim, o recesso legislativo. <span style="color: black;">O Senhor Presidente constituiu a Comissão de representação no recesso Parlamentar, composta pelos seguintes Vereadores: Bruno Lambreta, Leonardo Chaves, Galego de Lajes, Aline Nascimento e Maurício Caruaru. </span></span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;">O Vereador Irmão Ronaldo fez a leitura do Salmo 100. </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">Os trabalhos da presente reunião foram presididos pelo Vereador Bruno Lambreta<span style="color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;"> e secretariados pelos Vereadores Leonardo Chaves e</span> Mano do Som.
