Às dezoito horas e quarenta e três minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Nelson Diniz para fazer a leitura do Salmo 7. Registrem-se as presenças dos seguintes vereadores: </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">Anderson Correia, Bruno Lambreta, Cabo Cardoso, Carlinhos da Ceaca, Filipe José, Galego de Lajes, Irmão Ronaldo, Izaac da Saúde, Jorge Quintino,<span style="color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;"> </span>Kátia da Rendeiras, Leonardo Chaves, Lula Tôrres, Mano do Som, Maurício Caruaru, Mery da Saúde, Nelson Diniz, Perpétua Dantas, Ricardo Liberato e Val Lima. <span style="color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">Ausências da Vereadora Aline Nascimento e dos Vereadores </span>Edmilson do Salgado, Fagner Fernandes e Ranilson Enfermeiro, <span style="color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">devidamente justificadas.</span><span style="color: red; background: white;"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;">O Senhor Presidente solicitou do Senhor Segundo Secretário a leitura da Ata da reunião anterior, a qual foi dispensada por solicitação do Vereador Ricardo Liberato, nos termos do Artigo 312 do Regimento. </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">Não havendo matéria para o expediente, o Senhor Presidente passou aos trabalhos da Ordem do Dia. Solicitou ao Senhor Segundo Secretário </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">a chamada das Senhoras Vereadoras e dos Senhores Vereadores<span style="color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">, o qual constatou as presenças de dezenove parlamentares em Plenário. </span></span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;">Em discussão a Ata citada no Expediente. Submetida à votação, foi aprovada por unanimidade. </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei Complementar nº 122/2022, de autoria do Poder Executivo: </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">Altera Lei Complementar nº 066, de 20 de maio de 2019, e dá outras providências. <span style="color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;">Submetido à votação nominal, matéria de dois terços, foi aprovado por unanimidade, em segunda votação.</span></span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext; background: white;"> </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">O Senhor Presidente encerrou a reunião às dezoito horas e cinquenta e dois minutos. O Vereador Irmão Ronaldo fez a leitura do Salmo 23.
