Às dezesseis horas e trinta e quatro minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou a Vereador Aline Nascimento para fazer a leitura do Salmo 43. Registrem-se as presenças dos seguintes vereadores: </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; background: white;">Aline Nascimento, </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">Anderson Correia, Bruno Lambreta, Cabo Cardoso, Carlinhos da Ceaca, Edmilson do Salgado, Fagner Fernandes, Filipe José, Galego de Lajes, Irmão Ronaldo, Izaac da Saúde, Kátia da Rendeiras, Lairton Vieira, Leonardo Chaves, Mano do Som, Maurício Caruaru, Nelson Diniz, Perpétua Dantas, Ricardo Liberato e Val Lima. <span style="background: white;">Ausências dos Vereadores </span>Lula Tôrres, Ranilson Enfermeiro, e da Vereadora Mery da Saúde, <span style="background: white;">devidamente justificadas. </span></span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">O Senhor Presidente solicitou do Senhor Segundo Secretário a leitura da Ata da reunião anterior, a qual foi dispensada por solicitação do Vereador Ricardo Liberato, nos termos do Artigo 312 do Regimento. Prosseguindo, a Presidência solicitou do Senhor Primeiro Secretário a leitura do expediente, que constou do seguinte: Projetos de Decreto Legislativo nºs 1.736, 1.737, 1.738, 1.739, 1.740 e 1.741/2022, de autoria do Vereador Maurício Caruaru: Concede Título de Cidadão Caruaruense à Senhora Maria do Socorro Silveira Gomes; Concede Título de Cidadão Caruaruense ao Senhor Diego Chaves Rezende Moraes; Concede Título de Cidadão Caruaruense ao Senhor Carlos Laerson Soares; Concede Medalha de Honra ao Mérito “Dr. Geminiano Campos” à Senhora Maria do Socorro Silveira Gomes; Concede Medalha de Honra ao Mérito “Dr. Geminiano Campos” ao Senhor Carlos Laerson Soares; Concede Medalha de Honra ao Mérito “Dr. Geminiano Campos” ao Senhor Diego Chaves Rezende Moraes</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">. </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">Às comissões competentes. Requerimentos nºs 2901, 2902, 2903, 2904, 2905, 2906, 2907, 2908, 2909, 2910, 2911, 2912, 2913, 2914, 2915, 2916, 2917, 2918, 2919, 2920, 2921 e 2922/2022 </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">– Indicações nºs 249, 250, 251, 252 e 253</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">/2022, de autoria dos vereadores Edmilson do Salgado, Mano do Som, Kátia da Rendeiras, Aline Nascimento, Perpétua Dantas, Irmão Ronaldo, Lairton Vieira e Anderson Correia, os quais solicitam a execução de obras e serviços em vários bairros, loteamentos e áreas rurais de Caruaru. </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; background: white;">Fizeram uso da palavra os vereadores Nelson Diniz, Lairton Vieira, Kátia da Rendeiras, Anderson Correia, Perpétua Dantas, Mano do Som, Cabo Cardoso e Aline Nascimento: discursos disponíveis em áudio</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">. </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">A </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">Presidência deu início à Ordem do Dia, solicitando do Senhor Segundo Secretário a chamada das Senhoras Vereadoras e dos Senhores Vereadores, o qual constatou as presenças de vinte Parlamentares</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"> em Plenário. Em discussão a Ata citada no Expediente. Submetida à votação, foi aprovada por unanimidade. </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">As proposições da Vereadora Mery da Saúde, ausente a esta Sessão, foram retiradas da pauta. <span style="background: white;">Em discussão em bloco, as demais matérias constantes da Ordem do Dia. Submetidas à votação, foram aprovadas por unanimidade. </span></span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">Grande Expediente. Usaram a tribuna os vereadores Perpétua Dantas, Cabo Cardoso e Bruno Lambreta: discursos disponíveis em áudio. A Vereadora Perpétua Dantas solicitou constar em Ata que foi provocada por populares reclamando da quantidade de metralhas localizadas no Empreendimento Severino Quintino, motivo pelo qual apresentará Requerimento pleiteando a solução do problema. O Senhor Presidente encerrou a reunião às dezoito horas e dezenove minutos. Convocou a próxima reunião ordinária para terça-feira, dia 8 de novembro de 2022, às dezesseis horas.
