Às dezesseis horas e vinte e dois minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Nelson Diniz para fazer a leitura do Salmo 9. A </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;">Presidência solicitou do Senhor Segundo Secretário a chamada das Senhoras Vereadoras e dos Senhores Vereadores, o qual constatou as presenças de dezenove Parlamentares</span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;"> em Plenário. O Vereador Maurício Caruaru ausentou-se da Ordem do Dia. Numa questão de ordem, o Vereador Ricardo Liberato solicitou regime de urgência e dispensa de interstício ao Projeto de Lei nº 9.488/2023, de autoria do Poder Executivo, e convocação das comissões competentes para apreciação da matéria, para que se reúnam na próxima terça-feira, às nove horas.
