Às dezesseis horas e quarenta e quatro minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Jorge Quintino para fazer a leitura do Salmo 9.
