Às dezesseis horas e cinquenta e um minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Professor Jorge Quintino para fazer a leitura do Salmo 90. Prosseguindo, a Presidência solicitou do Senhor Primeiro Secretário a leitura do expediente, que constou do seguinte: Projetos de Lei nºs 9.960, 9.961, 9.962 e 9.963/2024, de autoria da Vereadora Aline Nascimento e dos Vereadores Izaac da Saúde, Anderson Correia e Professor Jorge Quintino: Institui a autorização da capacitação em LIBRAS por parte de todos os profissionais da área de saúde da atenção básica a atenção especializadas no Município de Caruaru/PE; Altera a Lei nº 6.013, de 08 de janeiro de 2018, que institui o Código Municipal de Proteção aos Animais, para dispor sobre a proibição de manter animais acorrentados no Município de Caruaru e dá outras providências; Institui o Conselho Municipal de Políticas Públicas LGBTQIAPN+ no Município de Caruaru e dá outras providências; Dispõe sobre a inclusão de pessoas com deficiência, fibromialgia, condições crônicas e atípicas no acesso ao Camarote da Acessibilidade durante os eventos culturais no Município de Caruaru, e dá outras providências</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">. Projetos de Decreto Legislativo nºs 2.026 e 2.027/2024, de autoria da Comissão de Finanças e Orçamento: Dispõe sobre o parecer prévio do Tribunal de Contas referente à Prestação de contas da Prefeita do Município de Caruaru, exercício 2021; Dispõe sobre o parecer prévio do Tribunal de Contas referente à Prestação de contas do Prefeito do Município de Caruaru, exercício 2013. O Vereador Val Lima ausentou-se da Ordem do Dia. Em discussão única o Projeto de Decreto Legislativo nº 2.000/2024, de autoria do Vereador Irmão Ronaldo: Concede Medalha de Honra ao Mérito “Pastor Júlio Leitão” ao Pastor João Carvalho Filho e dá outras providências. Acompanhado de parecer conjunto favorável das comissões competentes. Submetido à votação, foi aprovado por unanimidade. Em discussão única o Projeto de Decreto Legislativo nº 2.002/2024, de autoria do Vereador Nelson Diniz: Concede Título Honorífico de Cidadania Caruaruense à Senhora Luciana Valença de Oliveira e dá outras providências. Acrescido de Emenda Redacional ofertada pela Comissão de Legislação e Redação de Leis. Acompanhado de parecer conjunto favorável das comissões competentes. Submetido à votação, foi aprovado por unanimidade. Em discussão única o Projeto de Decreto Legislativo nº 2.003/2024, de autoria do Vereador Professor Jorge Quintino: Concede Medalha de Honra ao Mérito “Mãe Lourdes d’Oxum” à própria Mãe Lourdes d’Oxum (In Memoriam) e dá outras providências. Acompanhado de parecer conjunto favorável das comissões competentes. Submetido à votação, foi aprovado por unanimidade. Em discussão única o Projeto de Decreto Legislativo nº 2.012/2024, de autoria do Vereador Leonardo Chaves: Concede Medalha de Honra ao Mérito “Sebastião Clarindo Biano” à Banda de Pífano de Caruaru, representada pelo Senhor João Clarindo Biano, e dá outras providências.
