Às dez horas e doze minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Fagner Fernandes para fazer a leitura do Salmo 27. A </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';">Presidência solicitou do Senhor Segundo Secretário a chamada das Senhoras Vereadoras e dos Senhores Vereadores, o qual constatou as presenças de dezessete Parlamentares</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';"> em Plenário. Em discussão a Ata citada no Expediente. Submetida à votação, foi aprovada por unanimidade.
