Às dezesseis horas e cinquenta e três minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Fagner Fernandes para fazer a leitura do Salmo 20. Ausências dos Vereadores Anderson Correia, </span>Edmilson do Salgado, Lula Tôrres, Maurício Caruaru e Val Lima. </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';">O Senhor Presidente solicitou do Senhor Segundo Secretário a leitura da Ata da reunião anterior, a qual foi dispensada por solicitação do Vereador Carlinhos da Ceaca, nos termos do Artigo 312 do Regimento. Prosseguindo, a Presidência solicitou do Senhor Primeiro Secretário a leitura do expediente, que constou do seguinte: Projeto de Lei nº 9.986/2024, de autoria do Vereador Professor Jorge Quintino: Institui no âmbito do Município de Caruaru o Disque-Autismo.</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';"> Às comissões competentes. Projetos de Decreto Legislativo nºs 2.060 e 2.061/2024, de autoria do Vereador Fagner Fernandes: Concede Título de Cidadania Caruaruense ao Senhor Cezar Marchioretto Neto e dá outras providências; Concede Título de Cidadania Caruaruense à Senhora Larissa Jacheta Riberti e dá outras providências. Às comissões competentes. </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';">Requerimentos nºs 1915, 1916, 1917, 1918, 1919, 1920, 1921, 1922, 1923, 1924, 1925, 1926, 1927, 1928 e 1929/2024 </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';">- Indicação nº 318</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';">/2024, de autoria dos vereadores Cabo Cardoso, Mano do Som, Anderson Correia, Perpétua Dantas, Professor Jorge Quintino e Irmão Ronaldo, os quais solicitam a execução de obras e serviços em vários bairros, loteamentos e áreas rurais de Caruaru, além de realização de audiência para discutir sobre os incêndios no Parque Natural Municipal Professor João Vasconcelos Sobrinho – Serra dos Cavalos</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';">. U</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';">sou a tribuna o Vereador Professor Jorge Quintino: discurso disponível em áudio. A </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';">Presidência solicitou do Senhor Segundo Secretário a chamada das Senhoras Vereadoras e dos Senhores Vereadores, o qual constatou as presenças de dezessete Parlamentares</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';"> em Plenário. Em discussão a Ata citada no Expediente. Submetida à votação, foi aprovada por unanimidade. As proposições dos Parlamentares ausentes foram retiradas da pauta. </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif'; background: white;">Em discussão em bloco, as demais matérias constantes da Ordem do Dia. O Senhor Presidente encerrou a reunião às dezessete horas e oito minutos. Convocou a próxima reunião ordinária para terça-feira, dia 22 de outubro de 2024, às dezesseis horas.
