1 - APRECIAÇÃO DE ATAS
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="border: none; mso-padding-alt: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0cm;">ATA DA SEXAGÉSIMA SEGUNDA REUNIÃO DA SEGUNDA SESSÃO LEGISLATIVA ORDINÁRIA DA DÉCIMA SÉTIMA LEGISLATURA, REALIZADA NO DIA 08 DE NOVEMBRO DE 2018.</p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="border: none; text-align: justify;">Aos oito dias do mês de novembro do ano de dois mil e dezoito, reuniu-se, no Plenário da Casa Jornalista José Carlos Florêncio, a Câmara Municipal de Caruaru. Às dezesseis horas e vinte e oito minutos, constatando-se a existência de quorum regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Edjailson da Caru Forró para fazer a leitura do Salmo 65. Registrem-se as presenças dos seguintes vereadores: Alberes Lopes, Allyson da Farmácia, Bruno Lambreta, Cecílio Pedro, Daniel Lula Finizola, Duda do Vassoural, Edjailson da Caru Forró, Edmilson do Salgado, Fagner Fernandes, Galego de Lajes, Heleno Oscar, Leonardo Chaves, Lula Tôrres, Marcelo Gomes, Pb. Andrey Gouveia, Pierson Leite, Ranilson dos Santos, Ricardo Liberato, Rozael do Divinópolis, Sérgio Siqueira, Tafarel e Zezé Parteira. Ausente o Vereador Ítalo Henrique, devidamente justificada. O Senhor Presidente solicitou do Senhor Segundo Secretário a leitura da Ata da Reunião anterior, a qual foi dispensada por solicitação do Vereador Ricardo Liberato, nos termos do Artigo 312 do Regimento. Prosseguindo, solicitou do Senhor Primeiro Secretário a leitura do expediente, que constou do seguinte: Projetos de Lei nºs 7.915, 7.916 e 7.917/2018, de autoria dos vereadores Fagner Fernandes, Daniel Lula Finizola e Lula Tôrres: capacitar os Educadores da Rede Pública de Ensino do Município de Caruaru para inserção escolar de alunos portadores de autismo ou diagnosticados com Transtorno do Espectro Autista; Dispõe sobre a proibição de constrangimento ao livre exercício docente nas salas de aula do município; Fica denominado de “Vereadora Silvia Porto” o 1º andar, da Casa Jornalista José Carlos Florêncio, sede deste Poder Legislativo. Às comissões competentes. Projeto de Decreto Legislativo nº 1.116/2018, de autoria do Vereador Lula Tôrres: concede Medalha de Honra ao Mérito “Jornalista José Carlos Florêncio”, post mortem, ao senhor Nelson Barbalho.
