<p class="MsoBodyText" style="border: none; mso-padding-alt: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0cm;">ATA DA QUINQUAGÉSIMA QUINTA REUNIÃO DA TERCEIRA SESSÃO LEGISLATIVA ORDINÁRIA DA DÉCIMA SÉTIMA LEGISLATURA, REALIZADA NO DIA 17 DE SETEMBRO DE 2019.</p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="border: none; mso-padding-alt: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0cm;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">Aos dezessete dias do mês de setembro do ano de dois mil e dezenove, reuniu-se, no Plenário da Casa Jornalista José Carlos Florêncio, a Câmara Municipal de Caruaru. Às dezesseis horas e trinta minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Marcelo Gomes para fazer a leitura do Salmo 50. Registrem-se as presenças dos seguintes vereadores: Allyson da Farmácia, Bruno Lambreta, Cecílio Pedro, Daniel Lula Finizola, Duda do Vassoural, Edjailson da Caru Forró, Edmilson do Salgado, Fagner Fernandes, Galego de Lajes, <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Heleno Oscar, </span>Leonardo Chaves, Lula Tôrres, Marcelo Gomes, Pierson Leite, Presbítero Andrey Gouveia, Ranilson dos Santos, Ricardo Liberato, Rozael do Divinópolis, Sérgio Siqueira e Tafarel. Ausências dos vereadores Ítalo Henrique, Moysés Santos e da Vereadora Zezé Parteira, devidamente justificadas. O Senhor Presidente solicitou do Senhor Segundo Secretário a leitura das Atas da 54ª Reunião Ordinária e 15ª Reunião Extraordinária, a qual foi dispensada por solicitação do Vereador Presbítero Andrey Gouveia, nos termos do Artigo 312 do Regimento. Prosseguindo, solicitou do Senhor Primeiro Secretário a leitura do expediente, que constou do seguinte: ofício GP nº 444/2019, de autoria da Prefeita Raquel Lyra, encaminhando a Mensagem Justificativa nº 025/2019, acompanhada do <span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Projeto de Lei tombado sob o nº 8.360/2019: autoriza a reversão de área ao Município de Caruaru e dá outras providências; ofício GP nº 443/2019, de autoria da Prefeita Raquel Lyra, encaminhando a Mensagem Justificativa nº 024/2019, acompanhada do Projeto de Lei tombado sob o nº 8.361/2019: desafeta logradouro público e autoriza sua doação ao Estado de Pernambuco, por intermédio da Secretaria de Justiça e Direitos Humanos para ampliação do complexo administrativo da Penitenciária Juiz Plácido de Souza, e dá outras providências. Às comissões competentes. Projetos de Lei nºs 8.358 e 8.359/2019, de autoria dos vereadores Edjailson da Caru e Forró e Bruno Lambreta: denomina estação de tratamento de água localizada na Vila de Terra Vermelha, neste Município, e dá outras providências; denomina de Via Cordelista Olegário Fernandes, a via verde localizada no Parque 18 de Maio. Requerimentos nºs 1760, 1761, 1762, 1763, 1764, 1765, 1766, 1767, 1768, 1769, 1770, 1771, 1772, 1773, 1774 e 1775/2019 - Indicações nºs 103, 104 e 105/2019, de autoria dos vereadores Bruno Lambreta, Sérgio Siqueira, Edjailson da Caru Forró, Pierson Leite, Daniel Lula Finizola, Ricardo Liberato, Fagner Fernandes, Tafarel e Zezé Parteira, os quais solicitam a execução de obras e serviços em vários bairros, loteamentos e áreas rurais de Caruaru. Pedido de Informação (Requerimento nº 1771/2019, de autoria do Vereador Fagner Fernandes). <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>A Presidência abriu espaço no Expediente para momento de celebração, alusivo aos 170 anos da Casa Jornalista José Carlos Florêncio. O Professor José Urbano apresentou uma contextualização histórica da Câmara Municipal de Caruaru. A Presidência deu início à Ordem do Dia, solicitando do Senhor Segundo Secretário a chamada da Senhora Vereadora e dos Senhores Vereadores, o qual constatou as presenças de dezenove parlamentares em Plenário, uma vez que o Vereador Cecílio Pedro necessitou ausentar-se do Plenário.
