1 - APRECIAÇÃO DE ATAS
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="border: none; text-align: justify;">ATA DA QUINQUAGÉSIMA OITAVA REUNIÃO DA TERCEIRA SESSÃO LEGISLATIVA ORDINÁRIA DA DÉCIMA SÉTIMA LEGISLATURA, REALIZADA NO DIA 26 DE SETEMBRO DE 2019.<br />Aos vinte e seis dias do mês de setembro do ano de dois mil e dezenove, reuniu-se, no Plenário da Casa Jornalista José Carlos Florêncio, a Câmara Municipal de Caruaru. Às dezesseis horas e dezessete minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Ricardo Liberato para fazer a leitura do Salmo 23. Registrem-se as presenças dos seguintes vereadores: Allyson da Farmácia, Bruno Lambreta, Cecílio Pedro, Daniel Lula Finizola, Duda do Vassoural, Edjailson da Caru Forró, Edmilson do Salgado, Fagner Fernandes, Galego de Lajes, Heleno Oscar, Ítalo Henrique, Leonardo Chaves, Lula Tôrres, Marcelo Gomes, Moysés Santos, Pierson Leite, Presbítero Andrey Gouveia, Ranilson dos Santos, Ricardo Liberato, Rozael do Divinópolis, Sérgio Siqueira, Tafarel e Zezé Parteira. O Senhor Presidente solicitou do Senhor Segundo Secretário a leitura da Ata da reunião anterior, a qual foi dispensada por solicitação do Vereador Edjailson da Caru Forró, nos termos do Artigo 312 do Regimento. Prosseguindo, solicitou do Senhor Primeiro Secretário a leitura do expediente, que constou do seguinte: Projetos de Lei nºs 8.367, 8.368, 8.369, 8.370, 8.371 e 8.372/2019, de autoria da Vereadora Zezé Parteira e do Vereador Lula Tôrres: denominam artérias no Bairro Nossa Senhora das Graças; destina 5% (cinco por cento) do total de moradias populares de programas habitacionais públicos às vítimas de violência contra a mulher, conforme previsão da Lei 11.340, de 07 de agosto de 2006 - Lei Maria da Penha - e às ofendidas por tentativa de crime de feminicídio, construídas ou via convênios celebrados pelo Município de Caruaru. Às comissões competentes. Projeto de Lei Complementar nº 85/2019, de autoria do Vereador Daniel Lula Finizola: altera a Lei Complementar nº 5, de 27 de julho de 2004 - Plano Diretor - que dispõe sobre a obrigatoriedade de afixar obras de arte em todos os edifícios ou praças públicas do Município. Às comissões competentes. Projetos de Decreto Legislativo nºs 1.304, 1.305, 1.306 e 1.307/2019, de autoria dos vereadores Allyson da Farmácia, Edjailson da Caru Forró e Bruno Lambreta: concede Medalha de Honra ao Mérito “Bonavith Nogueira de Carvalho” ao Senhor Marcos Antônio Galindo Silva; concede Medalha de Honra ao Mérito “General Aguinaldo de Oliveira” ao Senhor José Jair de Araújo; concede título honorífico de cidadania ao Senhor José Jair de Araújo; concede título honorífico de cidadania ao Senhor José Maximo Neto. Às comissões competentes. Requerimentos nºs 1817, 1818, 1819, 1820, 1821, 1822, 1823, 1824, 1825, 1826, 1827, 1828, 1829 e 1830/2019, de autoria dos vereadores Allyson da Farmácia, Tafarel, Heleno Oscar e Edjailson da Caru Forró, os quais solicitam a execução de obras e serviços em vários bairros, loteamentos e áreas rurais de Caruaru. Em atendimento ao Requerimento nº 1813/2019, de autoria do Vereador Lula Tôrres, a Presidência concedeu espaço ao Senhor José Soares, representante do Centro de Valorização da Vida, a fim de proferir palestra alusiva ao mês “Setembro Amarelo” de conscientização sobre a prevenção ao suicídio. A Presidência deu início à Ordem do Dia, solicitando do Senhor Segundo Secretário a chamada da Senhora Vereadora e dos Senhores Vereadores, o qual constatou as presenças de vinte e três parlamentares em Plenário.
