Às dezesseis horas e dezessete minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">quorum</em> regimental, a Presidência declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Fagner Fernandes para fazer a leitura do Salmo 141. Registrem-se as presenças dos seguintes vereadores: Aline Nascimento, Anderson Correia, Bruno Lambreta, Cabo Cardoso, Carlinhos da Ceaca, Fagner Fernandes, Filipe José, Galego de Lajes, Irmão Ronaldo, Izaac da Saúde, Jorge Quintino, Katia da Rendeiras, Leonardo Chaves, Mano do Som, Maurício Caruaru, Mery da Saúde, Nelson Diniz, Perpétua Dantas, Ranilson Enfermeiro, Ricardo Liberato e Val Lima. Ausências dos vereadores Edmilson do Salgado e Lula Tôrres, devidamente justificadas. Prosseguindo, a Presidência solicitou do Senhor Primeiro Secretário a leitura do expediente, que constou do seguinte: Ofício GP nº 1.091/2021, de autoria da Prefeita Raquel Lyra, </span><span style="color: black; background: white; font-weight: normal;">encaminhando a Mensagem Justificativa 05/2021, acompanhada do Projeto de Lei tombado sob o nº 8.887/2021</span><span style="color: windowtext; background: white; font-weight: normal;">: </span><span style="color: windowtext; font-weight: normal;">institui o Programa de Recuperação Fiscal de Caruaru - REFIS Municipal 2021. Às comissões competentes. Projetos de Lei nºs 8.888, 8.889 e 8.890/2021, de autoria da Vereadora Perpétua Dantas e do Vereador Jorge Quintino: dispõe sobre a criação do Fundo Municipal de Garantia dos Direitos da Mulher no Município; denomina de Rua da Integração Dona Zélia Bezerra, artéria popularmente conhecida como Travessa São Sebastião, Rua da Integração (e, ainda “Beco da mijada”), localizada na 1º Travessa entre as Ruas 15 de Novembro e São Sebastião, no Bairro Nossa Senhora das Dores; autoriza o Poder Executivo Municipal, determinar efetivo da Guarda Municipal nas Escolas públicas do Município. Às comissões competentes. O Vereador Filipe José solicitou constar em ata seus parabéns ao Senhor José Antônio, seu pai. A Presidência deu início à Ordem do Dia, solicitando do Senhor Segundo Secretário a chamada das Senhoras Vereadoras e dos Senhores Vereadores, o qual constatou as presenças de vinte e um Parlamentares. Em discussão a Ata da sessão anterior. Submetida à votação, foi aprovada por unanimidade.
