Às dezesseis horas e dois minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">quorum</em> regimental, a Presidência declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Irmão Ronaldo para fazer a leitura do Salmo 1º. Registrem-se as presenças dos seguintes vereadores: Aline Nascimento, Anderson Correia, Bruno Lambreta, Cabo Cardoso, Carlinhos da Ceaca, Edmilson do Salgado, Fagner Fernandes, Filipe José, Galego de Lajes, Irmão Ronaldo, Izaac da Saúde, Jorge Quintino, Katia da Rendeiras, Leonardo Chaves, Lula Tôrres, Mano do Som, Maurício Caruaru, Mery da Saúde, Nelson Diniz, Perpétua Dantas, Ranilson Enfermeiro, Ricardo Liberato e Val Lima. Prosseguindo, a Presidência solicitou do Senhor Primeiro Secretário a leitura do expediente, que constou do seguinte: Ofício GP nº 1.376/2021, de autoria da Prefeita Raquel Lyra, </span><span style="color: black; background: white; font-weight: normal;">encaminhando </span><span style="color: windowtext; font-weight: normal;">Relatório Resumido de Execução Orçamentária do 1º bimestre de 2021. Publique-se. Ofício GP nº 1.441/2021, de autoria da Prefeita Raquel Lyra, em resposta ao pedido de informação contido no Requerimento nº 969/2021, de autoria do Vereador Anderson Correia. Dê-se ciência ao interessado. Ofício GP nº 1.442/2021, de autoria da Prefeita Raquel Lyra, em resposta ao pedido de informação contido no Requerimento nº 1060/2021, de autoria do Vereador Fagner Fernandes. Dê-se ciência ao interessado. Projeto de Resolução n° 739/2021, de autoria da Mesa Diretora: devolve parte de recursos provenientes do Fundo Especial da Câmara Municipal de Caruaru, ao Poder Executivo Municipal, e dá outras providências. Às comissões Competentes. Projeto de Decreto Legislativo nº 1.507/2021, de autoria da Comissão de Finanças e Orçamento: dispõe sobre o parecer prévio do Tribunal de Contas referente à Prestação de contas do Prefeito do Município de Caruaru, exercício 2014. À Comissão de Legislação e Redação de Leis. Projetos de Lei nºs 8.902, 8.903, 8.904, 8.905, 8.906, 8.907 e 8.908/2021, de autoria dos vereadores Anderson Correia, Nelson Diniz, Jorge Quintino e Perpétua Dantas: dispõe sobre a afixação de avisos que orientem sobre o crime de abuso sexual no interior dos veículos de transporte público do Município; dispõe sobre a criação do banco de sangue veterinário para cães e gatos no Município; proíbe a realização de corridas competitivas, atividades extenuantes e ações similares que promovam a exploração e os maus-tratos a cães, independentemente da raça e da linhagem canina; dispõe sobre a isenção da taxa de inscrição em concursos públicos municipais as pessoas cadastradas no Registro Brasileiro de Doadores de Medula Óssea, (REDOME); dispõe sobre o registro e a comunicação dos nascimentos de crianças com síndrome de Down nos hospitais no âmbito do Município; institui no âmbito municipal, o “Programa de Prevenção e Tratamento da Endometriose; dispõe sobre a proibição de contratação de </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: windowtext; font-weight: normal;"> </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: windowtext; font-weight: normal;">condenados pelas Leis Federais: Lei Federal n° 11.340/06 - Lei Maria da Penha; Lei Federal n° 8.069/90 - Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente; Lei Federal n° 13.146/15 - Estatuto da Pessoa com Deficiência e Lei Federal n° 10.741/03 - Estatuto do Idoso; por parte do Poder Público Municipal, bem como impede de prestarem serviços ou receberem incentivos públicos municipais. A Presidência deu início à Ordem do Dia, solicitando do Senhor Segundo Secretário a chamada das Senhoras Vereadoras e dos Senhores Vereadores, o qual constatou as presenças de vinte e três Parlamentares. Numa questão de ordem, o Vereador Ricardo Liberato convocou os membros da Comissão de Legislação e Redação de Leis para se reunirem na próxima quinta-feira, dia 08 de abril, e emitirem parecer sobre o Projeto de Decreto Legislativo nº 1.507/2021, prestação de contas do Prefeito do município no exercício 2014. Em discussão a Ata da sessão anterior. Submetida à votação, foi aprovada por unanimidade. Em 1ª discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 8.887/2021, de autoria do Poder Executivo, acompanhado de parecer conjunto favorável das comissões competentes. </span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; color: windowtext; background: white; font-weight: normal;">Submetido à votação nominal, matéria de dois terços, foi aprovado por unanimidade em primeira votação. </span><span style="color: windowtext; font-weight: normal;">O Requerimento nº 1495/2021, Pedido de Informações de autoria do Vereador Fagner Fernandes, foi deferido conforme artigo 158 do Regimento.
