Às dezesseis horas e vinte e seis minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">quorum</em> regimental, a Presidência declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Jorge Quintino para fazer a leitura do Salmo 140. Fizeram uso da palavra os vereadores Mery da Saúde, Leonardo Chaves, Jorge Quintino, Lula Tôrres, Mano do Som, Perpétua Dantas, Cabo Cardoso, Val Lima, Aline Nascimento, Fagner Fernandes, Bruno Lambreta e Anderson Correia: discursos disponíveis em áudio. A Presidência deu início à Ordem do Dia, solicitando do Senhor Segundo Secretário a chamada das Senhoras Vereadoras e dos Senhores Vereadores, o qual constatou as presenças de vinte e três Parlamentares. Numa questão de ordem, a Vereadora Perpétua Dantas solicitou que o Parecer desfavorável ao Projeto de Lei nº 8.892/2021 seja submetido ao Plenário na próxima semana. Registrado. Acompanhado de parecer conjunto favorável das comissões competentes. <span style="background: white;">Submetido à votação nominal, foi aprovado por unanimidade em primeira votação. Em discussão única o Projeto de Decreto Legislativo nº 1.462/2020, de autoria do Vereador Fagner Fernandes: concede Título Honorifico de Cidadania à Senhora </span>Roberta de Oliveira Trigueiro da Silva<span style="background: white;">. Acrescido de emenda substitutiva ofertada pela Comissão de Legislação e Redação de Leis, acompanhado de pareceres favoráveis das comissões competentes. Submetido à votação, foi aprovado por unanimidade em única votação.
