Às dezesseis horas e vinte e cinco minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">quorum</em> regimental, a Presidência declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, realizou a leitura do Salmo 1. Registrem-se as presenças dos seguintes vereadores: <span style="background: white;">Aline Nascimento, </span>Anderson Correia, Bruno Lambreta, Cabo Cardoso, Carlinhos da Ceaca, Fagner Fernandes, Filipe José, Irmão Ronaldo, Izaac da Saúde, Jorge Quintino, Kátia da Rendeiras, Leonardo Chaves, Lula Tôrres, Mano do Som, Maurício Caruaru, Mery da Saúde, Nelson Diniz, Perpétua Dantas, Ranilson Enfermeiro, Ricardo Liberato e Val Lima. <span style="background: white;">Ausências dos vereadores </span>Galego de Lajes e Edmilson do Salgado,<span style="background: white;"> devidamente justificadas.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span>Prosseguindo, a Presidência solicitou do Senhor Primeiro Secretário a leitura do expediente, que constou do seguinte: Ofício nº 337/2021, de autoria do Vereador Mano do Som, solicitando à retirada do Projeto de Decreto Legislativo nº 1.575/2021, de sua autoria. Concedido. <span style="background: white;">Projetos de Lei nºs 9.119 e 9.120/2021, de autoria do Vereador Nelson Diniz: </span>institui no Calendário Oficial da cidade de Caruaru a “Semana de Conscientização sobre a Depressão na Infância e na Adolescência”; dispõe sobre as instituições que exigem prova de vida para enviarem colaboradores visando a realização de prova de vida na residência do beneficiado com dificuldades de locomoção ou acima de 65 anos. <span style="background: white;">Às comissões competentes. </span>Requerimentos nºs 3400, 3401, 3402, 3403, 3404, 3405, 3406, 3407, 3408, 3409, 3410, 3411, 3412, 3413, 3414, 3415, 3416, 3417, 3418, 3419, 3420, 3421, 3422, 3423, 3425, 3426, 3427, 2428, 3429, 3430, 3431, 3432, 3433, 3434, 3435, 3436, 3437, 3438 e 3439/2021 - Indicações nºs 312 e 313/2021, de autoria dos vereadores Perpétua Dantas, Mano do Som, Anderson Correia, Jorge Quintino, Kátia da Rendeiras, Fagner Fernandes, Mery da Saúde, Cabo Cardoso, Filipe José, Nelson Diniz, Irmão Ronaldo e Maurício Caruaru, os quais solicitam a execução de obras e serviços em vários bairros, loteamentos e áreas rurais de Caruaru; voto de aplauso à equipe da Plataforma Razões para Acreditar que promoveu a vaquinha virtual para dona Severina construir a sua casa; voto de aplauso ao Colégio Diocesano de Caruaru e aos seus alunos, que conquistaram medalha de prata na 13ª Olimpíada Nacional em História do Brasil; além de Pedido de Informação (Requerimento nº 3.403/2021, de autoria da Vereadora Perpétua Dantas). O Requerimento nº 3424/2021 foi retirado pela autora. Fizeram uso da palavra os vereadores Jorge Quintino, Cabo Cardoso, Perpétua Dantas, Fagner Fernandes e Aline Nascimento: discursos disponíveis em áudio. O Vereador Fagner Fernandes solicitou constar em Ata que apresentou Requerimento para que a empresa de coleta de lixo LOCAR passe a ingressar no loteamento “Luar de Caruaru” para fazer a coleta de resíduos dos moradores. Informou ainda que apresentará solicitações encaminhadas pelos moradores referentes a iluminação e ao controle de natalidade dos animais de rua que ali vivem. A Presidência deu início à Ordem do Dia, solicitando do Senhor Segundo Secretário a chamada das Senhoras Vereadoras e dos Senhores Vereadores, o qual constatou as presenças de vinte e um Parlamentares. Em discussão a Ata da sessão anterior. <span style="background: white;">Submetida à votação, foi</span></span><span style="color: black; background: white; font-weight: normal;"> aprovada por unanimidade. Em 1ª discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 8.272/2019, de autoria do Vereador Fagner Fernandes: </span><span style="color: windowtext; font-weight: normal;">dispõe sobre a obrigatoriedade de colocação de placa indicativa de locação nos prédios utilizados pela administração pública direta e indireta no âmbito Municipal. Acrescido de Emenda Supressiva ofertada pela Comissão de Legislação e Redação de Leis, acompanhado de parecer favorável da Comissão de Legislação e Redação de Leis. <span style="background: white;">Submetido à votação nominal, foi REJEITADO observando a seguinte votação: 16 (dezesseis) votos NÃO, 4 (quatro) votos SIM, dos vereadores Cabo Cardoso, Fagner Fernandes, Perpétua Dantas e Ranilson Enfermeiro, além de e 1 (uma) abstenção, do Vereador Carlinhos da Ceaca.
