Às vinte horas e dez minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Leonardo Chaves para fazer a leitura do Salmo 23. Solicitou ao Senhor Segundo Secretário </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif';">a chamada das Senhoras Vereadoras e dos Senhores Vereadores<span style="background: white;">, o qual constatou as presenças de vinte e dois parlamentares em Plenário. </span></span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;">Em discussão a Ata citada no Expediente. Submetida à votação, foi aprovada por unanimidade. </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; background: white;">Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 9.341/2022, de autoria do Poder Executivo: </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif';">Desafeta bem imóvel do patrimônio público municipal e autoriza sua doação ao Estado de Pernambuco e dá outras providências. <span style="background: white;">Submetido à votação nominal, matéria de dois terços, foi aprovado em segundo turno por unanimidade. Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 9.342/2022, de autoria do Poder Executivo: </span>Dispõe sobre alteração da Lei nº 5.547, de 04 de dezembro de 2015, para redefinir a Administração do CARUARUPREV, cria e extingue cargos e dá outras providências. <span style="background: white;">Submetido à votação nominal, matéria de dois terços, foi aprovado em segundo turno por unanimidade. Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 9.343/2022, de autoria do Poder Executivo: </span>Dispõe sobre a criação de cargos para rede municipal de ensino e dá outras providências.</span> <span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; background: white;">Submetido à votação nominal, matéria de dois terços, foi aprovado em segundo turno por unanimidade. Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 9.344/2022, de autoria do Poder Executivo: </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif';">Autoriza a adoção e implantação de equipamentos públicos e de espaços verdes complementares por pessoas físicas e jurídicas no Município de Caruaru e revoga a Lei nº 6.057, de 20 de junho de 2018. <span style="background: white;">Submetido à votação nominal, matéria de dois terços, foi aprovado em segundo turno por unanimidade. Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 9.345/2022, de autoria do Poder Executivo: </span>Cria cargos públicos de provimento efetivo na Secretaria da Fazenda e dá outras providências. <span style="background: white;">Submetido à votação nominal, matéria de dois terços, foi aprovado em segundo turno por unanimidade. Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 9.346/2022, de autoria do Poder Executivo: </span>Dispõe sobre a criação de cargos efetivos na Autarquia de Urbanização e Meio Ambiente de Caruaru - URB. <span style="background: white;">Submetido à votação nominal, matéria de dois terços, foi aprovado em segundo turno por unanimidade. Em discussão em bloco, as demais matérias constantes da Ordem do Dia.
