Às dezesseis horas e trinta e sete minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Ricardo Liberato para fazer a leitura do Salmo 2. Numa questão de ordem, o Vereador Ricardo Liberato solicitou regime de urgência e dispensa de interstício ao Projeto de Lei nº 9.381/2022, oriundo do Poder Executivo, bem como solicitou a convocação das comissões competentes na próxima quinta-feira, às 9h00min, para emitir parecer ao referido Projeto. Concedido. Também numa questão de ordem, o Vereador Jorge Quintino solicitou a retirada do Requerimento nº 2.376/2022, lido no Expediente. Concedido. Em discussão a Ata citada no Expediente.
