Às dezoito horas e cinquenta minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Lairton Vieira para fazer a leitura do Salmo 91.
