Às dezesseis horas e vinte e cinco minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Ricardo Liberato para fazer a leitura do Salmo 7. O Vereador Anderson Correia solicitou constar em Ata que apresenta nesta Sessão o documento implementando a “Frente de Defesa e Proteção dos Animais dos Municípios de Pernambuco”, projeto que visa garantir dignidade e respeito aos animais do Estado. </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;">A </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif';">Presidência deu início à Ordem do Dia, solicitando do Senhor Segundo Secretário a chamada das Senhoras Vereadoras e dos Senhores Vereadores, o qual constatou as presenças de dezesseis Parlamentares</span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;"> em Plenário. Numa questão de ordem, o Vereador Ricardo Liberato solicitou a convocação das comissões permanentes para se reunirem na próxima terça-feira, às 9h00min. Concedido.
