Às dezesseis horas e trinta e três minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Lula Tôrres para fazer a leitura do Salmo 1. Posteriormente, a Casa recebeu os participantes do curso de embaixadores multiplicadores Politize! e, através da Vereadora Aline Nascimento, uma das embaixadoras do projeto, realizou entrega dos certificados de conclusão do curso. Numa questão de ordem, o Vereador Ricardo Liberato solicitou constar em ata que vai apresentar Título de Cidadania e Medalha de Honra ao Mérito na área religiosa ao Senhor Arlindo Laurindo de Matos Júnior, o Padre Arlindo de Tamandaré. Em discussão a Ata citada no Expediente.
