Às dezesseis horas e vinte e oito minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Mano do Som para fazer a leitura do Salmo 96. Ofício GP nº 8.679/2023, de autoria do Prefeito Rodrigo Pinheiro, encaminhando a mensagem justificativa nº 47/2023, acompanhada do Projeto de Lei tombado sob o nº 9.651/2023: Autoriza o Poder Executivo a repassar Recursos recebidos da União para cumprimento da assistência financeira complementar de que trata a Emenda Constitucional nº 127/2022, no âmbito do Município de Caruaru-PE e dá outras providências. Ofício GP nº 8.616/2023, de autoria do Prefeito Rodrigo Pinheiro, encaminhando a mensagem justificativa nº 46/2023, acompanhada do Projeto de Lei Complementar tombado sob o nº 144/2023: Altera dispositivos da Lei Complementar nº 015, de 05 de janeiro de 2009, que institui o Código Tributário e de rendas do município de Caruaru e dá outras providências.
