Às dezesseis horas e cinquenta e dois minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Cabo Cardoso para fazer a leitura do Salmo 26. O Senhor Presidente encerrou a reunião às dezoito horas e vinte e três minutos. Convocou a próxima reunião ordinária para quinta-feira, dia 28 de setembro de 2023, às dezesseis horas.
