Às nove horas e trinta e dois minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Filipe José para fazer a leitura do Salmo 3. Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 9.961/2024, de autoria do Vereador Anderson Correia: Altera a Lei nº 6.013, de 08 de janeiro de 2018, que institui o Código Municipal de Proteção aos Animais, para dispor sobre a proibição de manter animais acorrentados no Município de Caruaru e dá outras providências.
