Às dezesseis horas e vinte e quatro minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">quorum</em> regimental, a Presidência declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Fagner Fernandes para fazer a leitura do Salmo 18. Prosseguindo, a Presidência solicitou do Senhor Primeiro Secretário a leitura do expediente, que constou do seguinte: Projetos de Lei nºs 9.012, 9.013, 9.014 e 9.015</span><span style="color: black; background: white; font-weight: normal;">/2021, de autoria dos vereadores Bruno Lambreta, Mano do Som, Leonardo Chaves e Jorge Quintino: denomina de</span> <span style="color: windowtext; font-weight: normal;">Rua Quitéria Rodrigues de Souza, artéria localizada no Bairro Bairro Cidade Alta; dispõe sobre a criação de um Memorial Virtual in memoriam para as Vítimas da Covid-19 em Caruaru; altera a Lei Municipal nº 6.495, de 23 de dezembro de 2019; dispõe</span> <span style="color: windowtext; font-weight: normal;">sobre a construção de bicicletários nas escolas Públicas do Município. Às comissões competentes. Projeto de Decreto Legislativo nº 1.534/2021, de autoria do Vereador Anderson Correia: concede Medalha de Honra ao Mérito “Jornalista José Carlos Florêncio”, ao Senhor Willame Rocha de Souza Júnior. Senhor Bispo Diocesano de Caruaru, Dom José Ruy Gonçalves Lopes, pelos 02 anos de Pastoreio em nosso município; voto de aplauso ao mestre mamulengueiro e produtor cultural Senhor Sebastião Alves, mais conhecido como Sebá, pela relevância na cultura local, expandindo e incentivando a arte em Caruaru e Agreste de Pernambuco; voto de aplauso à Rádio Caruaru FM, por retirar todas as músicas que contam com a participação do DJ Ivis da programação da emissora, após a divulgação dos vídeos onde ele aparece agredindo a ex-mulher; realização de Audiência Pública, prevista no art. 302º do Regimento Interno, a ser realizada no dia 26 de julho deste ano de 2021, para discussão acerca dos Desafios da Educação Pública Municipal, diante dos quase 2 (dois) anos sem aulas presenciais; além de Pedido de Informação (Requerimento nº 2.708/2021, de autoria do Vereador Fagner Fernandes). Fizeram uso da palavra os vereadores Mano do Som, Jorge Quintino, Leonardo Chaves, Bruno Lambreta, Cabo Cardoso, Aline Nascimento, Maurício Caruaru, Perpétua Dantas, Mery da Saúde, Fagner Fernandes e Anderson Correia: discursos disponíveis em áudio. O Vereador Leonardo Chaves solicitou registrar em Ata seu repúdio ao episódio de agressão protagonizado pelo artista conhecido como “Dj Ivis”contra sua companheira, a senhora Pamella Holanda. A Presidência deu início à Ordem do Dia, solicitando do Senhor Segundo Secretário a chamada das Senhoras Vereadoras e dos Senhores Vereadores, o qual constatou as presenças de vinte e três Parlamentares. Em discussão a Ata da sessão anterior. Submetida à votação, foi aprovada por unanimidade</span><span style="color: black; background: white; font-weight: normal;">. </span><span style="color: windowtext; background: white; font-weight: normal;">Em 1ª discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 8.982/2021, de autoria do Poder Executivo, </span><span style="color: black; background: white; font-weight: normal;">acompanhado de pareceres favoráveis das comissões competentes. Submetido à votação nominal, matéria de foi terços, foi aprovado por unanimidade em primeiro turno. </span><span style="color: windowtext; background: white; font-weight: normal;">Em 2ª discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 8.945/2021, de autoria do Vereador Fagner Fernandes e coautoria da Vereadora Perpétua Dantas. </span><span style="color: black; background: white; font-weight: normal;">Submetido à votação nominal, foi aprovado por maioria absoluta em segundo turno. O Vereador Jorge Quintino não votou este Projeto em virtude de problemas na conexão. </span><span style="color: windowtext; font-weight: normal;">O Requerimento nº 2.708/2021, Pedido de Informação de autoria do Vereador Fagner Fernandes, foi deferido conforme artigo 158 do Regimento. <span style="background: white;">Em discussão em bloco, as demais matérias constantes da Ordem do Dia.
