Às dezoito horas e quarenta e nove minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou a Vereadora Aline Nascimento para fazer a leitura do Salmo 129. Registrem-se as presenças dos seguintes vereadores: </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif'; background: white;">Aline Nascimento, </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';">Anderson Correia, Bruno Lambreta, Cabo Cardoso, Carlinhos da Ceaca, Edmilson do Salgado, Fagner Fernandes, Filipe José, Galego de Lajes, Irmão Ronaldo, Izaac da Saúde, Jorge Quintino,<span style="background: white;"> </span>Kátia da Rendeiras, Leonardo Chaves, Lula Tôrres, Mano do Som, Maurício Caruaru, Mery da Saúde, Nelson Diniz, Perpétua Dantas, Ranilson Enfermeiro, Ricardo Liberato e Val Lima<span style="background: white;">. </span></span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';">O Senhor Presidente solicitou do Senhor Segundo Secretário a leitura da Ata da reunião anterior, a qual foi dispensada por solicitação do Vereador Ricardo Liberato, nos termos do Artigo 312 do Regimento. </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif'; background: white;">Não havendo matéria para o expediente, o Senhor Presidente passou aos trabalhos da Ordem do Dia. Solicitou ao Senhor Segundo Secretário </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';">a chamada das Senhoras Vereadoras e dos Senhores Vereadores<span style="background: white;">, o qual constatou as presenças de vinte e três parlamentares em Plenário. </span></span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';">Em discussão a Ata citada no Expediente. Submetida à votação, foi aprovada por unanimidade. </span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';">Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 9.370/2022, de autoria do Poder Executivo Municipal: <a name="_Hlk111111876"></a>Autoriza o pagamento extraordinário do Passivo Fundef, com a definição da destinação dos recursos, dos percentuais e critérios para o rateio dos recursos entre os beneficiados. <span style="background: white;">Submetido à votação nominal, matéria de dois terços, foi aprovado por unanimidade, em segunda votação. </span>Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 9.372/2022, de autoria do Poder Executivo Municipal: <a name="_Hlk111112007"></a>Dispõe acerca da atualização do valor fixado como piso salarial dos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde e dos Agentes de Combate às Endemias, através da Emenda Constitucional 120 de 2022, e dá outras providências. <span style="background: white;">Submetido à votação nominal, matéria de dois terços, foi aprovado por unanimidade, em segunda votação. Em discussão em bloco, as demais matérias constantes da Ordem do Dia. Submetidas à votação, foram aprovadas por unanimidade. O Vereador Leonardo Chaves solicitou que conste em Ata seus votos de aplausos ao servidor Braz, em alusão ao dia do garçom, comemorado no dia de hoje.</span></span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';"> O Senhor Presidente encerrou a reunião às dezenove horas.
