Às dezesseis horas e trinta minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Fagner Fenandes para fazer a leitura do Salmo 44. Antes de passar aos oradores do Expediente, a Presidência abriu o espaço da tribuna para o Professor José Urbano, que proferiu discurso em agradecimento ao Fundo Municipal de Apoio à Cultura. Fizeram uso da palavra os vereadores Lairton Vieira, Anderson Correia, Ranilson Enfermeiro, Leonardo Chaves, Cabo Cardoso, Fagner Fernandes, Perpétua Dantas e Bruno Lambreta: discursos disponíveis em áudio</span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif';">. O Vereador Anderson Correia solicitou constar em Ata que vai apresentar proposta de revisão do Plano Plurianual (PPA) para que um Centro de Triagem de Animais Silvestres (CETAS) seja criado no município; incluirá ainda na proposta de revisão a criação de leitos de internamento para tutor baixa renda de animais de rua. </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;">A </span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif';">Presidência deu início à Ordem do Dia, solicitando do Senhor Segundo Secretário a chamada das Senhoras Vereadoras e dos Senhores Vereadores, o qual constatou as presenças de vinte Parlamentares</span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: PT-BR;"> em Plenário. Acompanhado de parecer conjunto favorável das comissões competentes. Submetido à votação, foi aprovado por unanimidade, em única votação. Em discussão única o Projeto de Decreto Legislativo nº 1.703/2022, de autoria do Vereador Anderson Correia: concede Medalha de Honra ao Mérito "<span style="background: white;">Jornalista José Carlos Florêncio</span>" ao Senhor Franklin Robério de Oliveira Pereira. Acompanhado de parecer conjunto favorável das comissões competentes. Submetido à votação, foi aprovado por unanimidade, em única votação. Em discussão única o Projeto de Decreto Legislativo nº 1.704/2022, de autoria do Vereador Anderson Correia: concede Medalha de Honra ao Mérito "<span style="background: white;">Jornalista José Carlos Florêncio</span>" ao Senhor Magno Wendel de Lima. Acompanhado de parecer conjunto favorável das comissões competentes. Submetido à votação, foi aprovado por unanimidade, em única votação. Em discussão única o Projeto de Decreto Legislativo nº 1.708/2022, de autoria da Vereadora Aline Nascimento: concede Medalha de Honra ao Mérito "Padre Antônio Jorge Guerra" ao Padre José Alexandre Ramos Gomes Pontes. Acompanhado de parecer conjunto favorável das comissões competentes. Submetido à votação, foi aprovado por unanimidade, em única votação. Em discussão única o Projeto de Decreto Legislativo nº 1.709/2022, de autoria do Vereador Galego de Lajes: concede Título de Cidadão Caruaruense ao Senhor João Cláudio Ferreira Peixoto. Acompanhado de parecer conjunto favorável das comissões competentes. Submetido à votação, foi aprovado por unanimidade, em única votação. O Requerimento nº 2.711/2022, Pedido de Informação de autoria do Vereador Anderson Correia, foi deferido conforme artigo 158 do Regimento<span style="background: white;">. Em discussão em bloco, as demais matérias constantes da Ordem do Dia. A Vereadora Perpétua Dantas solicitou constar em Ata que pleiteia a inclusão do Projeto de Lei nº 9.096/2021, que “Autoriza o Poder Executivo a instituir o Programa de Valorização profissional da Pessoa com Deficiência”, com a maior brevidade na pauta das próximas reuniões das comissões. O Senhor Presidente encerrou a reunião às dezoito horas e vinte e sete minutos. Convocou a próxima reunião ordinária para quinta-feira, dia 13 de outubro de 2022, às dezesseis horas.
