Às dezesseis horas e vinte e seis minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Mano do Som para fazer a leitura do Salmo 92.
