<p style="line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm;" align="justify"><strong><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">ATA DA TERCEIRA REUNIÃO DA QUARTA SESSÃO LEGISLATIVA EXTRAORDINÁRIA DA DÉCIMA OITAVA LEGISLATURA, REALIZADA NO DIA 30 DE ABRIL DE 2024. <br /></span></span></strong><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Aos trinta dias do mês de abril do ano de dois mil e vinte e quatro, reuniu-se, no Plenário da Casa Jornalista José Carlos Florêncio, a Câmara Municipal de Caruaru. Às dezenove horas e cinco minutos, constatando-se a existência de </span></span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><em>quorum</em></span></span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou a Vereadora Perpétua Dantas para fazer a leitura do Salmo 25. Ausência do Vereador Anderson Correia. </span></span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">O Senhor Presidente solicitou do Senhor Segundo Secretário a leitura da Ata da reunião anterior, a qual foi dispensada por solicitação do Vereador Fagner Fernandes, nos termos do Artigo 312 do Regimento. </span></span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="background: #ffffff;">Não havendo matéria para o expediente, o Senhor Presidente passou aos trabalhos da Ordem do Dia. Solicitou ao Senhor Segundo Secretário </span></span></span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">a chamada das Senhoras Vereadoras e dos Senhores Vereadores</span></span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="background: #ffffff;">, o qual constatou as presenças de vinte e dois parlamentares em Plenário. </span></span></span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Em discussão a Ata citada no Expediente. Submetida à votação, foi aprovada por unanimidade. Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 9.881/2024, de autoria do Poder Executivo: Desafeta e autoriza a doação de bem imóvel do patrimônio público municipal ao Estado de Pernambuco e dá outras providências (desafeta e autoriza a doação do imóvel onde funciona o Hospital Regional do Agreste). Submetido à votação nominal, matéria de dois terços, foi aprovado por unanimidade em segundo turno. Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 9.892/2024, de autoria do Poder Executivo: Dispõe sobre a doação de terreno urbano não loteado, denominado gleba 02A, localizado na Rodovia BR 104, km70, bairro Cidade Alta, em Caruaru/PE, para a Central de Abastecimento de Caruaru-CEACA, e dá outras providências. Submetido à votação nominal, matéria de dois terços, foi aprovado por unanimidade em segundo turno. Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei Complementar nº 168/2024, de autoria do Poder Executivo: Dispõe sobre desafetação de logradouros públicos e autoriza sua doação (desafeta via limítrofe à Diretoria Integrada do Interior 1 – DINTER 1 – da Polícia Militar de Pernambuco, e autoriza sua doação ao Governo do Estado para ampliação da sede da diretoria). Submetido à votação nominal, matéria de dois terços, foi aprovado por maioria de dois terços em segundo turno, constando a seguinte votação: </span></span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">20 (vinte) votos SIM e 2 (duas) ABSTENÇÕES, dos Vereadores Fagner Fernandes e Mano do Som. </span></span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei Complementar nº 170/2024, de autoria do Poder Executivo: Institui a Política de Avaliação Especial de Desempenho do servidor público civil na Administração Pública Direta, Autárquica e Fundacional do Poder Executivo Municipal e dá outras providências. Submetido à votação nominal, </span></span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">matéria de dois terços, foi aprovado por maioria de dois terços em segundo turno, constando a seguinte votação: 21 (vinte um) votos SIM e 1 (uma) ABSTENÇÃO, do Vereador Filipe José. </span></span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei Complementar nº 171/2024, de autoria do Poder Executivo: Dispõe sobre a transação extrajudicial de créditos inscritos em dívida ativa no Município de Caruaru e dá outras providências. Submetido à votação nominal, matéria de dois terços, foi aprovado por unanimidade em segundo turno. </span></span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">O Senhor Presidente encerrou a reunião às dezenove horas e vinte minutos</span></span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">.
