Às dezesseis horas e quarenta e seis minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Professor Jorge Quintino para fazer a leitura do Salmo 91. Prosseguindo, a Presidência solicitou do Senhor Primeiro Secretário a leitura do expediente, que constou do seguinte: Ofício GP nº 5.105/2024, de autoria do Prefeito Rodrigo Pinheiro, encaminhando a mensagem justificativa nº 028/2024, acompanhada do Projeto de Lei tombado sob o nº 9.909/2024: Institui o Programa de Desenvolvimento do Polo de Confecções de Caruaru - Feito em Casa - e dá outras providências. Às comissões competentes. Projetos de Lei nºs 9.910, 9.911, 9.912 e 9.913/2024, de autoria das Vereadoras Perpétua Dantas e Aline Nascimento e do Vereador Bruno Lambreta: Dispõe sobre o oferecimento de leito separado para as mães de natimorto e mães com óbito fetal nas unidades de saúde credenciadas no Sistema Único de Saúde – SUS, no Município de Caruaru, e dá outras providências; Denomina de Rua Booganvilles, artéria localizada no Loteamento Morada Nobre, Bairro Serras do Vale; Institui o "Janeiro Lilás", mês de conscientização e combate ao assédio, importunação e violência sexuais nos estádios, arenas e eventos desportivos, e dá outras providências; Acrescenta ao calendário oficial, do Município de Caruaru, a “Semana Municipal Maria da Penha nas Escolas”, a ser celebrada anualmente durante a semana que conter o dia 08 de março, e dá outras providências</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">.
