Às dezesseis horas e trinta e sete minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Professor Jorge Quintino para fazer a leitura do Salmo 128. Antes de passar aos oradores do Expediente, a Presidência abriu espaço na Sessão para as senhoras Natália Gomes e Sara Barros, integrantes da Secretaria Estadual de Desenvolvimento Social, Criança, Juventude, Prevenção à Violência e às Drogas, que realizarão uma exposição sobre o Programa "Mediação de Conflitos Itinerante". O referido programa vem sendo desenvolvido pela Secretaria sob administração da Secretária Carolina Cabral e da Executiva Mariana Rodrigues: discursos disponíveis em áudio. A seguir, atendendo a solicitação do Vereador Anderson Correia, a Presidência abriu espaço na Sessão para receber o Senhor Edmilson Renauth, Presidente da União dos Vereadores do Brasil (UVB), Seccional Pernambuco, e ex-vereador de Bonito por três mandatos: discurso disponível em áudio. Em discussão a Ata citada no Expediente. Os Requerimentos nºs 2359 e 2365/2023, Pedidos de Informações de autoria da Vereadora Perpétua Dantas e do Vereador Anderson Correia, lidos no Expediente, foram deferidos conforme artigo 158 do Regimento. Em discussão em bloco, as demais matérias constantes da Ordem do Dia.
