Às dezesseis horas e trinta e oito minutos, constatando-se a existência de <em>quorum</em> regimental, o Senhor Presidente declarou abertos os trabalhos da presente reunião. Posteriormente, convidou o Vereador Jorge Quintino para fazer a leitura do Salmo 112. Prosseguindo, a Presidência solicitou do Senhor Primeiro Secretário a leitura do expediente, que constou do seguinte: Projetos de Lei nºs 9.730, 9.731, 9.732, 9.733 e 9.734/2023, de autoria dos Vereadores Lula Tôrres, Professor Jorge Quintino, Mano do Som, Anderson Correia e Irmão Ronaldo: Denomina de Rua Roosevelt Bernardo de Lima, a atual 2ª Travessa Rodopiano Florêncio, localizada no Bairro Salgado; Dispõe sobre a instituição do banco municipal de fraldas descartáveis, e dá outras providências; Denomina de Ponte José Pinheiro dos Santos Filho, a futura ponte que será construída entre os bairros das Rendeiras e José Antônio Liberato, e dá outras providencias; Disciplina o corte de árvores no município de Caruaru, e dá outras providências; Dispõe sobre o disciplinamento do funcionamento dos fotos sensores instalados no município de Caruaru, no horário compreendido entre 22:00 e 5:00 horas do dia seguinte, e dá outras providências</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">. Submetido à votação nominal, matéria de dois terços, foi aprovado por unanimidade em segundo turno. Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei Complementar nº 154/2023, de autoria do Poder Executivo: Dispõe sobre o Plano de Cargos, Carreiras e Vencimentos – PCCV dos Guardas Municipais e dá outras providências. Submetido à votação nominal, matéria de dois terços, foi aprovado por unanimidade em segundo turno. Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei Complementar nº 155/2023, de autoria do Poder Executivo: Dispõe sobre a Instituição do Estatuto da Guarda Municipal do município de Caruaru e dá outras providências. Submetido à votação nominal, matéria de dois terços, foi aprovado por unanimidade em segundo turno. Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 8.801/2021, de autoria da Vereadora Mery da Saúde: Dispõe sobre a instituição, no Município de Caruaru, do programa de cooperação “Sinal Vermelho”, como forma de pedido de socorro e ajuda para mulheres em situação de violência doméstica e/ou familiar, medida de combate e prevenção, conforme a Lei Federal nº 11.340, de 07 de agosto de 2006, e dá outras providências. Submetido à votação nominal, foi aprovado por unanimidade em segundo turno. Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 9.108/2021, de autoria do Vereador Nelson Diniz: Institui no Município de Caruaru a campanha permanente do “Paciente Cidadão”, que visa à conscientização dos usuários da Rede Pública Municipal de Saúde sobre a importância de comunicar de imediato a impossibilidade de comparecimento em consulta médica. Submetido à votação nominal, foi aprovado por unanimidade em segundo turno. Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 9.615/2023, de autoria do Vereador Fagner Fernandes: Institui a campanha “Coração Pet – Doação de Sangue Animal”, no âmbito do município de Caruaru. Submetido à votação nominal, foi aprovado por unanimidade em segundo turno. Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 9.620/2023, de autoria da Vereadora Aline Nascimento: Acrescenta ao calendário oficial, do Município de Caruaru, a “Semana Municipal de Conscientização sobre Direitos das Gestantes”, a ser celebrada anualmente durante a semana que conter em 15 de agosto, e dá outras providências. Submetido à votação nominal, foi aprovado por unanimidade em segundo turno. Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 9.646/2023, de autoria do Vereador Anderson Correia: Acrescenta dispositivos à Lei Municipal nº 6.013, de 08 de janeiro de 2018 e dá outras providências (Proíbe que seja impedido, por qualquer meio, o fornecimento de alimentação, água ou assistência médico-veterinária aos animais comunitários ou que estejam em situação de rua). Submetido à votação nominal, foi aprovado por unanimidade em segundo turno. Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 9.653/2023, de autoria do Vereador Anderson Correia: Inclui no Calendário Oficial de Eventos do Município de Caruaru, o Dia Municipal do Médico Veterinário. Submetido à votação nominal, foi aprovado por unanimidade em segundo turno. Em segunda discussão o Projeto de Lei nº 9.682/2023, de autoria do Vereador Professor Jorge Quintino: Institui o “Dia Municipal do Produtor Cultural” no Calendário Oficial de Eventos do Município de Caruaru. Submetido à votação nominal, foi aprovado por unanimidade em segundo turno. Em discussão única o Projeto de Lei nº 9.656/2023, de autoria do Vereador Leonardo Chaves: Denomina de Avenida Cristiano de Oliveira Gomes, artéria localizada paralelamente à PE-095 e à Rua 01 do Loteamento Fernando Lyra, no Bairro Universitário, que dará acesso ao Residencial Reserva Portugal. Em discussão única o Projeto de Lei nº 9.663/2023, de autoria do Vereador Leonardo Chaves: Denomina de Alameda Figueira da Foz, a Rua Projetada nº 4, localizada no Loteamento Reserva Portugal, Bairro Universitário. Em discussão única o Projeto de Lei nº 9.664/2023, de autoria do Vereador Leonardo Chaves: Denomina de Alameda Coimbra, a Rua Projetada nº 5, localizada no Loteamento Reserva Portugal, Bairro Universitário. Em discussão única o Projeto de Decreto Legislativo nº 1.916/2023, de autoria do Vereador Professor Jorge Quintino: Concede Medalha de Honra ao Mérito “Cantor e Compositor Luiz Lula Gonzaga” ao Senhor José Emiliano. Acompanhado de parecer conjunto favorável das comissões competentes. Submetido à votação, foi aprovado por unanimidade.
